UCHealth Medical Group is seeking fellowship-trained Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine Physicians. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, interested in working full-time and focused on excellent patient care. - Enjoy a 100% inpatient critical care and pulmonary practice, with no outpatient pulmonary clinic responsibilities.
- Work approximately 156, 12-hour shifts per year as full-time.
- Provide critical care services at Medical Center of the Rockies, a large, growing, Level I Trauma Center, and two Level 3 community hospitals, Poudre Valley Hospital and Greeley Hospital.
- Practice model includes integrated APPs, with a focus on inpatient support.
- Weekend and weeknight call is split evenly amongst the team, which includes dedicated nocturnists. Average burden is 2-3 nights per month, and 1 in 5 weekends.
- EPIC EMR utilized system-wide.

- The pay for this full-time position is $452,000 annually. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.
- After 2 years, consideration for partnership. Partnership offers entrance to group governance and increased salary with quarterly bonus structure.
