  • Established outpatient vascular platform with 2 OBLs and ASC
  • Immediate volume: OBL cases/year
  • Starting salary of $700K and up 4 7% of collections ($1M+ total compensation)
  • $50K signing bonus + relocation allowance
  • No call; 2 clinic days / 3 OBL days; optional hospital cases only if desired
  • Equity opportunity after 2 years; ASC ownership option
  • High-demand coastal Texas market
