Job description

If you enjoy providing care for a predominantly older population and want outpatient continuity, strong support, and a coastal lifestyle without after-hours call, this may be worth a conversation. Why This Role?
  • 100% outpatient medicine with no call, and no OB
  • 4 day work week
  • Older, health-minded patient panel with strong continuity
  • Reasonable volume of 18+ patients per day with APP support
  • Dedicated nurse, front desk assistant, and care coordinator
  • $260K base plus wRVU production
  • 8 weeks PTO, $40K signing bonus, $5,000 CME, malpractice with tail, retirement, and full benefits
The group is planning ahead for continued growth and is hiring for a summer/fall 2027 start.
