Job description

A respected, independent hospital is seeking an Otolaryngologist to lead a full-scope ENT practice. This is a unique opportunity to build the practice you want while enjoying the support and stability of a hospital-employed model. Why This Role?
  • Personalized schedule (ie. 4-day work week or block scheduling)
  • Block OR time, anesthesia support, and customizable equipment
  • Bread-and-butter practice with opportunity to subspecialize

  • $600K negotiable starting salary plus bonus = $1M+ Income
  • 10 days/month paid call = $132K/year call pay
  • $50K signing bonus plus $20K relocation allowance
