Competitive pay packages discussed upon application Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and reimbursement when applicable Robust referral bonus program + dedicated support team What You ll Do Provide outpatient hematology and medical oncology care at a community hospital and specialty outpatient center Manage a patient volume of approximately patients daily with complex needs Conduct consultations, treatment planning, and follow-ups for oncology patients Participate in light call coverage, responding to calls within 1 hour via beeper only Collaborate with a team of three established permanent hematology/oncology providers, plus RNs, PA/NP, and clinical staff Use EMR system (ARIA) for all documentation and reporting Support patient-centered, mission-driven care in a well-staffed, supportive environment What You Need Required: Valid VA medical license Board certification or eligibility in hematology and oncology Fellowship training in hematology/oncology Experience working in outpatient clinical settings with complex patient populations Ability to handle high-acuity cases with a multidisciplinary team Preferred: Long-term commitment and driving distance candidates Experience with complex cases and multidisciplinary care Willingness to integrate into an established team and contribute to ongoing patient care efforts About the Assignment Join a dedicated hematology and oncology team at Sovah Health in Martinsville, VA.
