Position Highlights:- Bread and butter urology with opportunity to focus on your clinical interests
- Total compensation is $750,000-$850,000 with 2-year guaranteed base + bonus
- Low volume call and backup from Vanderbilt University Medical Center faculty
- Steady referral base from Vanderbilt Health & local physicians
- AI scribe technology in both outpatient and inpatient environments
- Excellent support from the larger VUMC Urology division
- Full-time, part-time, and flexible schedules considered
