Job description
TidalHealth is seeking an experienced Hematology/Oncology NP or PA to join our growing Cancer Care team on Maryland's Eastern Shore. This position offers an excellent four-day work week, strong APP collaboration, and no weekend or holiday responsibilities.
Opportunity Highlights- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- No weekends or holidays
- Competitive base salary: $123,000-$157,000, based on experience
- Additional productivity and quality incentives
- Rotating weekday call shared among the APP team, Monday-Thursday only
- Low-volume overnight call taken from home
- Mix of Hematology and Oncology
- Consults and rotational inpatient coverage with no admissions required
- Practice at our Cancer Centers in Ocean Pines and Berlin, Maryland
- Collaborative physicians, APPs, and experienced Cancer Care support team
