Compensation: $240,000+ (Base + Bonus) with Full Benefits

We are seeking a board-certified Pediatrician to provide outstanding, patient-centered care at our well-established, high-volume outpatient clinic in Brandon. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate physician who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced setting and wants to make a meaningful impact on children and families.

Our team is dedicated to delivering personalized pediatric care, from routine checkups and immunizations to sports physicals and developmental support, all within a warm, family-friendly environment.

Position Details

• Base Salary: $215,000 $230,000, based on experience and board status

• Annual Bonus Potential: Up to $10,000

• Total Compensation: $240,000+

• Schedule: Full-time, outpatient only

• Daily Patient Volume: patients

• Support Team: Front desk staff, scheduler, certified medical assistant (CMA), and a full-time ARNP (4 days per week)

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Pediatrics

• Active, unrestricted Florida medical license

• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient pediatric experience (2+ preferred)

• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
