This certification will allow you to obtain a WV medical license within days. & Model12 hour shifts Days and a rotation of Nights per month Medical Director works closely with physicians to build flexible schedules, No fixed 7-on / 7-off rotationClinical EnvironmentStart the day with 112 patients- a max of approx.17 total patients daily per Provider per dayAdmissions handled round-robin along with APP coverage assistanceOne hospitalist manages transfers from 4 surrounding hospitalsOpen ICUICU cases primarily pulmonary (COPD, respiratory illness)Strong pulmonary consult teamCandidate ProfileInternal Medicine preferredStrong Family Medicine physicians will be considered, especially with procedural experiencePreference for seasoned physicians comfortable in higher-acuity settingsIdeal candidates include physicians who originally pursued Pulm/CC but did not match fellowshipCompensationVery Competitive Pay- Base $367,200.00 plus benefits.If you work over 15 shifts per month you will receive an additional compensation per each additional shift!
