Partnership option
- 2-year partnership option
- Base salary year 1 and 2 $550,000
- Year 2-$550,000 plus up to 90% of profit sharing eligibility ($630,000+)
- Year 3 full partnership, no buy in, uncapped earning potential
- MSO participation available
- Sign-on: $50,000
- Average of 50-55 hours a week
- Call: Every 5th weekend, every 10th weekday and 5 late shifts per month
- Minimal CRNA supervision
- Will cover cases at (2) hospitals and Ambulatory Surgical Centers
- No non-compete
- 90% of cases are self directed
- No airway coverage required
- PTO-7 weeks plus 1 week of personal time 8 weeks once partnered plus 1 week of personal time

Non partnership track-with 10 weekends of call per year
- Salary $525,000 base salary (50 hours per week)
