Primary Care Physician (Pediatrics/Family Medicine/Internal Medicine)

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care (preventive, acute, and chronic care)
- Perform exams, diagnose, order tests, and develop treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on health and wellness
- Collaborate with care teams and coordinate referrals as needed
- Complete documentation, labs, and follow-ups in a timely manner
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited program
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics
- Active California medical license
- DEA and CPR certification required
- Experience with underserved populations preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $235,000 $293,750 annually
