The role offers strong practice support, flexible scheduling, teaching opportunities, and a sign-on bonus of up to $75,000 paid in full with the first paycheck. • Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages

• Manage chronic illnesses, injuries, and acute care cases

• Perform routine exams, cancer screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling

• Collaborate closely with an advanced practice provider

• Participate in a light call rotation with RN triage

• Optionally teach first-year medical students and precept NP/PA students

• Opportunity for involvement in hospital medicine and leadership or administrative roles

• Competitive base salary of $250,000 $260,000, commensurate with experience

You Must Have

• Board certification in Family Medicine, or dual board certification in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics; truly board eligible candidates considered with details on years of eligibility

• Active New York license, or willingness to obtain

• At least one year of experience in primary care

• Clean malpractice and licensing history, no exemptions

• NPDB self-query pulled within the last 30 days

• Candidates with lapsed board certification are not accepted

• The client cannot clear local candidates within 30 miles of their institutions

• This role does not accept locums or visa candidates
