The Practice

  • 100% outpatient Family Medicine
  • patients per day (quality over volume)
  • Flexible Monday Friday schedule
  • Full-scope care:
    • Adult medicine
    • Pediatrics
    • Women s health
    • Preventive care

  • PAs, NPs, LPNs, and MAs fully integrated into care
  • Nursing staff handles all after-hours calls
  • Robust in-house diagnostics:
    • CLIA lab & phlebotomy
    • Ultrasound & X-ray
    • ECG & spirometry
    • Sleep studies & Holter monitoring

Compensation & Autonomy

  • $300K $350K guaranteed base
  • Up to $450K total income potential
  • 4% retirement match + full benefits
  • Physician-owned = clinical autonomy, no RVU micromanagement
