Job Details: Pay Rate: $475/hr Night Call (beeper, 1:2): $725 Callback: $665/hr

Qualifications

MD/DO Interventional Radiology Board Certified MN License DEA, ACLS, BLS General IR plus cerebral embolectomy (thrombectomy) Facility : A General Medical and Surgical Hospital Trauma: Level 1 Thrombectomy-capable stroke center Schedule: Dates: ASAP - Ongoing 8:00am-5:00pm hospital coverage plus overnight pager call Minimum 2 weeks per month ideal Callback 1-2 times weekly for after-hours procedures Multiple providers needed (about 2 at a time) Assignment: Inpatient Census: 10 cases/day weekdays, 6 cases/day weekends 100% adult; IR only, no diagnostic reads; no aneurysm management Moderate sedation EMR: Epic Credentialing: 60 days; temps available
