- Qualifications: MD/DO Medical Oncology
- Board Certified in Oncology
- MI License
- BLS
- Clean malpractice and license history
- NPDB self-query (within 30 days) at presentation
- Facility: A General Medical and Surgical Hospital
- Trauma: Level 1 (clinic is across the street from the hospital)
Schedule: Dates: January 11, 2027 - April 1, 2028
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, 3 days per week
- No Call
- Reason: Maternity leave
- Assignment: Outpatient
- Clinic: 100% outpatient
- Patient Population: Adult only, no pediatrics
- Census: 17-20 clinic patients per day
- Various cancers and some benign heme patients
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing: 100 days
