CRNA Board Certified NY License Facility: An Acute Care Hospital three hospital locations Schedule: Dates: December 20, 2026 - Ongoing (3 months) M-F; 7:00am-3:00pm Weekend Call Friday 7:00am - Monday 7:00am Assignment: Surgery OB, Epidurals, General Anesthesia, schedule surgeries. Census: 10-15 patients per day EMR: Epic
