CRNA Board Certified OH License ACLS, BLS, PALS 3+ years experience Facility : A General Medical and Surgical Hospital Trauma: Level 2 Schedule: Start Date: ASAP M-F; 7:00am-3:30pm but flexible No Call Part time and Full time available Assignment : Surgery Census: 20-30 cases per day No neonatal, bariatric, or transplants EMR: Meditech
