Psychiatry Physician

LAKE REGION MEDICAL GROUP, P.A. OUTPATIENT PSYCHIATRIST OPPORTUNITY DETAILS: Lake Region Healthcare / Lake Region Medical Group, P.A. is seeking an Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our growing team of psychiatric providers at our multi-specialty group practice in Fergus Falls, MN. QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Medical degree (MD or DO) and completion of an accredited psychiatry residency required.
2. Board certification in psychiatry highly preferred; board eligibility required
3. Active Minnesota Medical License & DEA upon hire
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

EMR SYSTEM: EPIC COMPENSATION/BENEFITS: Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.

• Base compensation salary is guaranteed starting at $315,000.00/year for the first 2 years of employment, plus the opportunity to earn additional income based on production hours worked (wRVU s).
