Job description
An established cardiology team is seeking a BE/BC Interventional Cardiologist to replace a retiring physician.
Practice for this reputable, not-for-profit hospital and live in a scenic southern Oregon mountain town - an ideal haven for outdoor enthusiasts! This is a great opportunity for anyone seeking a practice focused on patient outcomes rather than churn-and-burn corporate volumes.
The Opportunity

- 4-day work week - 1 dedicated cath lab day, 3 days in clinic, and 1 remote administrative day
- $700,000 base salary with productivity bonus incentives
- $100,000 sign-on/retention bonus and relocation assistance
- A comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision insurance, malpractice insurance with tail, 401k retirement plan, CME, and more
The Community
- Nestled in the mountains of Southern Oregon, this community enjoys nearly 300 days of sunshine each year, offering stunning views, picturesque landscapes, and peaceful lakeside living-an ideal setting for year-round outdoor adventures.
- Explore miles of hiking and mountain biking trails in nearby national forests, various lake activities, and have access to top-notch fly-fishing, ice-fishing, and game hunting.
- Experience the beauty of Oregon without the high price tag-this area offers a cost of living that's 56% lower than Portland, according to BestPlaces.org.
- Reside conveniently near the Medford, Oregon airport for easy travel or a commutable driving distance of 30 minutes to Northern California, 2 hours to Bend, and 4.5 hours to the coast.
