A mission-driven Primary Care Clinic near San Jose, CA is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join their team. Compensation: $211,000 - $250,000 Opportunity:

• Employment type: Permanent, direct hire position
• Setting: Outpatient clinic
• Schedule: Monday- Friday; 8a-5p
  • Full and Part-time available
• NO E.R. or on-call required
• Signing Bonus: $5,000
• 20 Days of PTO + 13 paid holidays

• Provide primary care to adults with an emphasis on preventive care

Qualifications

• Must possess MD/DO degree from an accredited university
• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
• Must have prenatal care experience
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in CA
