Job description
Become a member of a successful Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Clinic located in rural Eastern Oregon, while working for a hospital. The clinic is seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and friendly Orthopedist who enjoys working with a caring and supportive team of healthcare professionals and prioritizes work-life balance with a flexible schedule. You will be part of a team consisting of three full-time physicians and two full-time allied health professionals.
Opportunity
- Permanent full-time position
- Level IV Trauma Center
- Schedule: Four-10-hour days per week
- Call Ratio: 1:3
- Patients seen per day: 20+ per day
- Radiology in Clinic
- Electronic Health Record: EPIC
- Licenses and Certifications: Oregon medical license, DEA, Board Certification preferred, ACLS
Compensation and Benefits:
- Industry-leading total compensation opportunity ($810k+) including f ull benefits
- RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold.
