Position OverviewSeeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN for a permanent, hospital-employed role in a community hospital setting. The position includes a mix of outpatient clinic, labor and delivery coverage, gynecologic surgery, and inpatient care.
Clinical ResponsibilitiesProvide full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care
Manage prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum patients
Perform vaginal and cesarean deliveries
Conduct routine and operative gynecologic procedures
Participate in inpatient rounding and call coverage
Collaborate with APPs, midwives, and hospital staff
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Combination of clinic days and OB coverage
Labor & Delivery call: 1:4 to 1:5 rotation
Weekend call included in rotation
Average clinic volume: patients per day
Annual delivery volume aligned with community hospital norms
Base salary typically $325,000 $425,000, dependent on experience
Productivity or RVU-based incentive structure
