How would you want your shifts structured?
Seven shifts per month is the traditional full-time model, but the team is open to discussing flexible and block scheduling options. Whether you'd prefer your shifts grouped for longer stretches off or spread throughout the month, we'd love to hear what schedule would work best for your life.
A Strong Clinical Environment

Where in the Midwest? Des Moines, Iowa.
If Des Moines isn't already on your radar, it may surprise you.
This isn't a rural Iowa opportunity. Des Moines is a growing Midwest metro offering affordable housing, shorter commutes, strong schools, restaurants and entertainment, and 100+ miles of biking trails-without many of the costs and headaches of larger cities.
For physicians interested in block scheduling, Des Moines International Airport is convenient and easy to navigate, making travel in and out of the city straightforward.
More Life Outside of Medicine
If you love Labor & Delivery but want fewer workdays, predictable time off, no clinic, and no call once your shift ends, this could be worth a conversation.
So, what would your ideal schedule look like?
You don't have to be actively looking. Let's discuss what you want professionally and personally and see if we can build an opportunity that fits your life, not the other way around.
