Schedule

• Equitable scheduling managed in four-month blocks to balance shifts and time off across the team
• Daytime-only weekend coverage; no overnight diagnostic call (handled by dedicated night coverage)
• Option for compact, fewer-days-worked models

Compensation & Benefits

• Earnings totaling over a million with partnership potential
• Sign-on bonus totaling $100,000 and relocation allowance of $10,000
• Optional extra shifts: $500/hour moonlighting premium; extra weekend shifts paid $4,500 per shift
• 11+ weeks blocked vacation, malpractice covered, family health premiums paid, 401k safe harbor ($10,800) plus profit sharing, $7,000 HSA contribution, and home workstation + internet provided

Candidate Requirements

• MD/DO with BE/BC in Diagnostic Radiology
• Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
• Comfort reading across multiple modalities in a generalist-plus model (you'll still lean into your strongest areas)
• No visa sponsorship available
