Join a 100% outpatient General Cardiology practice providing coordinated cardiovascular care for a senior patient population. This non-procedural position is built around prevention, continuity, and collaboration with an established care team, with predictable weekdays and a quality-over-volume model.
Practice Overview
- 100% outpatient General Cardiology with consults and follow-ups
- Average volume of 15-20 patients per day with longer visit times than traditional models
- Work collaboratively with PCPs, care managers, health coaches, and other members of the cardiovascular care team
- Proprietary point-and-click EMR system
- No call, No weekends
Compensation & Benefits
- $450,000 base salary + annual quality bonus
