$731,000+ First Year Financial Package in a Midwestern Community
Practice: Established, Physician-Friendly Surgical Program
- Strong Compensation Package with $560K $570K Base Salary and Production Incentives ($55/RVU after 8,000 RVUs)
- Bonuses Include Sign-On ($10K $20K), Relocation (up to $10K), and 401k with Immediate Vesting
- Balanced Schedule with 2.5 Clinic Days and 2 OR Days Weekly
- Light Call Schedule (1:3) with APP Support and Weekend Rounding Coverage
- Advanced Surgical Capabilities including Robotic-Assisted Procedures (Hips, Knees)
- Established Patient Volume with High Demand and Immediate Case Load
- Full Support Staff including Dedicated MA/LPN, OR Team, and Surgical Assistants
- 25 Days PTO + CME Time + $3,000 CME Allowance
